How can you purchase?

1. Direct purchase
- At the headquarters of "Pentru Voi" Protected Unit - 47 Ion Slavici Street, Timisoara (Freidorf area)
- Through signed agreement with the protected unit - whether the buyer is a company with more than 50 employees and the disabled persons represent less than 4% of its personnel, it benefits from the advantages given by the Law 448/2006

2. Online order
- You may put products into the cart with click on "add to cart" button, situated beneath each product. After you put a product into the cart, you may continue shopping with click on the "back" button. Also, when visualizing the shopping cart, you may modify the number of products you want or may eliminate products if you changed your mind meanwhile. To complete the order press the "finish order" button.

3. Phone order
- You may place a phone order at 0256 228 062, 0356 421 215(6), from Monday to Friday between 09.00 - 17.00. Contact person: Elisabeta Varga.
- In order to save time, we recommend you use the online order.

DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERED PRODUCTS
- Products may be taken from the headquarters of the "Pentru Voi" protected unit, str. Ion Slavici nr. 47, Timisoara, after you received the order's notice of delivery, from Monday to Friday between 09.00 o'clock and 17.00 o'clock.
- For the persons who are unable to come to our headquarters or live outside Timisoara, the products may be delivered by mail with cash on delivery or Fan Curier.
- Please specify the moment you place the order how you would like us to deliver your products. You may see the prices for the Fan Curier delivery at www.fancourier.ro
- The order is being delivered within at most 5 work days.
- The minimum order for the products to be delivered by mail with cash on delivery is 50 RON.
- We deliver the bakery products (rolls and buns) only in Timisoara, for orders of at least 150 lei.
ATTENTION! The orders of rolls and buns must be placed at least one day before the day of the actual delivery.

PAYMENT
- Cash: directly to the headquarters of "Pentru Voi" Protected Unit (Ion Slavici street nr. 47, Timisoara) or on the spot in the place where they are displayed (fairs, exhibitions etc.)
- Cash on delivery: when you get the parcel from the mail post or you receive it at home from Fan Curier, you pay the parcel as well as the transportation.
