„Pentru Voi” Foundation published the brochure “European Parliament Elections 2009”. The brochure is made in easy to understand language to make the information accessible to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

We disseminated the material at national level by sending it to all General Directions for Social Assistance and Child Protection in Romania, to the National Authority for Persons with Handicap and by promoting the material within the virtual communities (e.g. Face Book, LinkedIn etc). We also sent a press release to the local media.

Similarly informative brochures have been published in all the EU member states at the initiative of Inclusion Europe - a Federation of which we are members as well.
