Foundation "Pentru Voi" took part on 7-11 June at the international training organised at Budapest as part of the project Pathways to work, coordinated by Vocational College Keskuspuisto from Finlanda, and implemented by the Foundation „Pentru Voi” in partnership with the Finn NGO, the College Gorseinon from Great Britain, Foundation “Salva Vita” from Hungary and the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation “Astangu” from Estonia.

During the event the participating organizations have supported training modules, covering topics such as: prejudice and discrimination, employment of people with disabilities/ special needs; career guidance; job analysis; job matching; mentoring.

'Pentru Voi' have supported a training module on 'Job analysis and job matching'  to emphasize the importance of the job analysis for an optimal job matching for employee, a person with special needs.
