"Pentru Voi" Foundation was awarded with „The Chinese Drop” for impact and consistency for the project “Different but together”. The Ceremony Awards for Public Participation was organized by the Resource Centre for Public Participation on 30 January, in Bucharest.

The goal of the project is the employment of persons with intellectual disabilities from Timisoara, and the results at the end of 2008 were: 107 employed persons with intellectual disabilities, out of which 21 persons with profound disabilities, and 32 partnerships of the protected unit with various companies. The protected unit „Pentru Voi”, founded through this project is a social company, and had in 2008 a turnover of 204 403 Euro. The project was a partnership with the Municipality of Timisoara and was financed through the Open Society Mental Health Initiative, Budapest.

„This project managed to establish a partnership - between the civil society, the local authorities and the business community from Timisoara - that will benefit the persons with intellectual disabilities. Only these three factors make possible the employment of persons with intellectual disabilities and their social inclusion. The success of the project let us assume, in the Romanian context, a winning motto: „Yes, we can!” declared Laila Onu, executive director of „Pentru Voi” Foundation.
